DESCRIPTION:As part of the OHA Wellbeing Series\, please join us for an in-person Boutique Industry Luncheon at Haileybury City with our guest speaker Rohan Parrant OH 2005. \nThe theme of the luncheon is ‘Mental Fitness: From Awareness to Action’. \nIn this talk\, Rohan shares lessons from his own journey and work across schools\, workplaces\, and the community to highlight the importance of mental fitness. He will explore how to navigate pressure\, build resilience\, and develop habits that support long-term wellbeing and performance. \nRohan is a wellbeing and performance specialist\, keynote speaker\, and coach with over 20 years of experience helping people build resilience\, manage pressure\, and perform at their best. \nHe works across construction\, corporate organisations\, schools\, and community settings\, delivering practical strategies that go beyond awareness and focus on real-world application. His approach sits at the intersection of mental health and high performance\, helping individuals and teams build resilience\, manage stress\, and take control of their direction. \nRohan has worked on major infrastructure projects across Victoria\, supported vulnerable youth\, run domestic violence programs\, delivered programs in schools\, and facilitated conversations with hundreds of people around mental health and wellbeing. \nA former student of the school\, Rohan brings a relatable and honest perspective\, centered on one core message: awareness isn’t enough\, real change comes from taking action and building the habits that support it. \nThis event is free\, but registration is essential.

This series will be hosted by Mr Campbell Jamieson (OH ’87) – Former General Manager – Commercial at International Cricket Council \nCampbell Jamieson is an international leader within the commercial business of the sports industry. \nHaving commenced his career with Cricket Australia\, Campbell then became General Manager – Commercial\, for the International Cricket Council. A position he held for over 20 years. \nHe currently consults to a number of cricket boards and other sporting bodies and federations on their commercial programs and is a Non Executive Director of a number of companies involved in the sports industry.\nIf you are interested in the business sports industry then this event is for you! \nThis event is open to all alumni and is an exclusive\, interactive and intimate event\, with plenty of opportunities to ask Campbell questions throughout the event. \nThis is a free event but event registration is essential.
