He will explore how to navigate pressure\, build resilience\, and develop habits that support long-term wellbeing and performance. \nRohan is a wellbeing and performance specialist\, keynote speaker\, and coach with over 20 years of experience helping people build resilience\, manage pressure\, and perform at their best. \nHe works across construction\, corporate organisations\, schools\, and community settings\, delivering practical strategies that go beyond awareness and focus on real-world application. His approach sits at the intersection of mental health and high performance\, helping individuals and teams build resilience\, manage stress\, and take control of their direction. \nRohan has worked on major infrastructure projects across Victoria\, supported vulnerable youth\, run domestic violence programs\, delivered programs in schools\, and facilitated conversations with hundreds of men around mental health and wellbeing. \nA former student of the school\, Rohan brings a relatable and honest perspective\, centered on one core message: awareness isn’t enough\, real change comes from taking action and building the habits that support it. \nThis event is free\, but registration is essential.
