He is passionate about the transformative power of technology in business and society and is dedicated to empowering people to achieve their goals. \n Jithma Beneragama (OH 1994) \nJithma is a senior digital executive with over 20 years of experience helping organisations adapt to the evolving digital landscape. \nRecognised as one of Australia’s Top 50 most innovative CIOs in 2018\, 2020\, and 2021\, he has led teams to deliver industry-firsts and award-winning products in innovation\, integration\, customer experience\, and design. His extensive experience spans start-ups\, government\, and large enterprises\, consistently driving innovation and transformation to meet customer needs. \nPrior to his current role at Amazon Web Services\, Jithma was the Executive Director of Digital\, Design\, and Innovation within the Victorian Public Sector.
