Alumni Manager - applications open

Reporting to the Director of Development and Alumni Relations, the Alumni Manager is the face of the Old Haileyburians Association. The role will deliver on the OHA Strategic plan as defined by the OHA Senior Executive and will develop innovative methods to manage and engage with an active network of over 16,000 alumni, comprising of former students from four Melbourne based campuses and Beijing and Darwin.

Responsibilities include;

Managing and engaging with an active network of over 16,000 alumni, comprising of former students from four Melbourne based campuses and Beijing and Darwin.
Maintaining the financial information of the Old Haileyburians Association, in conjunction with the OHA Treasurer.
OHA Clubs management, operations and liaison.
Development of the OHA event calendar comprising over 40 events each year.
OHA event management inclusive of pre planning, risk and compliance, welcome confirmations, event booklets, event activation, budgeting, venue liaison, post event reporting.
Regular liaison with members of the OHA Senior Executive.
Attendance at all alumni events.
Implementation of an alumni Lecture Series.
Attend and provide administrative support to all OHA Senior Executive meetings.
Developing an innovative approach in order to ensure strong engagement levels within the community comprising 16,000+ alumni members.
