With over 30 years as a magistrate, Duncan has handled a wide range of cases across the Magistrates’ Court, including criminal matters, and specialised areas like youth justice and domestic violence.
The court oversees both criminal and civil cases, as well as specialised divisions for drug offences and mental health.
