OHA Mentor Program
Mentoring is a hugely rewarding experience and the OHA are now offering a structured approach. Mentoring is more than just your career and our program will focus on Self, Family and Business. Regardless of where you are in your career – a recent graduate, a new manager, or a seasoned professional – everyone can gain valuable insights from their fellow alumni.
Exciting news! Registrations for the OHA Mentor Program are now open – and we’d like to invite you to sign up! Held on Tuesday, 5th April 2022 at the Haileybury City Campus, casual meetup at 5:45 pm with nibbles and refreshments before the program kicks off 6-9pm.
How it Works
Alumni that register will be invited to attend the official kick-off event to be held at the Haileybury City Campus on Tuesday, 5th April 2022 at 5:45 – 9:00 pm.
This FREE event gives you access to the following:
* Pre-event drinks and nibbles on arrival
* Copy of “The Tribe of Mentors” book
* Mentor/Mentee pairing
* Structured 9-month program with regular check-ins
* Invitation to mid-point event
* Program resources and support

This program aims to empower mentees to be confident leaders and realise their potential across three key areas: Self, Family and Business. By facilitating mentor relationships, providing opportunities for self-reflection, and teaching practical skills, the program will help participants find their voice, learn to wield influence, and articulate and pursue leadership goals.
