All OHA Clubs are required to sign the Good Clubs Guide which sets out the terms of an agreement between the OHA and the affiliated club in regard to the expectations and obligations of both the OHA and the club.

In order to be eligible for grants from the OHA (either from the Club Grants Program or other funding that may become available from time to time) and to be granted permission to use OHA Intellectual Property (IP) such as branding, each club must demonstrate that they comply with the Good Clubs Guide.

The OHA Council member appointed to the Clubs Portfolio will liaise with Club contacts to have the Guide signed by all parties.
