- As Owners Corporation Managers it is our job to ensure:
- The Owners Corporation common areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Conduct Annual Meetings as required by the Owners Corporation Act and the Owners Corporation Regulations
- Issue invoices for fees/levies and receipt all payments
- Administer accounts, including debt collection
- All legal requirements are met, including an up to date Owners Corporation Register
- Rules and Regulations are adhered to by residents and owners
- Compliance of insurance requirements
- Process and manage insurance claims
- Carry out regular property inspections
- Our trades’ people are all professional and specialists in their field – all tradespeople must carry their own public liability insurance.
