Adam Beavis (OH 1993)
With over 20 years of experience in the information technology and services industry, Adam Beavis is a leader and innovator in cloud computing and open-source software. Currently serving as the Vice President and Country Manager at Databricks, a data and AI company dedicated to solving the world’s most challenging problems, Adam drives the company’s growth and expansion in the local market.
Adam’s extensive regional and global expertise, gained from senior positions at AWS, Red Hat, CommVault, and VMware, allows him to deliver significant value and innovation to Databricks’ customers and partners. He is passionate about the transformative power of technology in business and society and is dedicated to empowering people to achieve their goals.
Jithma Beneragama (OH 1994)
Jithma is a senior digital executive with over 20 years of experience helping organisations adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
Recognised as one of Australia’s Top 50 most innovative CIOs in 2018, 2020, and 2021, he has led teams to deliver industry-firsts and award-winning products in innovation, integration, customer experience, and design. His extensive experience spans start-ups, government, and large enterprises, consistently driving innovation and transformation to meet customer needs.
Prior to his current role at Amazon Web Services, Jithma was the Executive Director of Digital, Design, and Innovation within the Victorian Public Sector. In this role, he set the vision for digital and developed the state’s transformation agenda, culminating in the establishment of a government-wide transformation organisation.
Now, as a Strategic Advisor for Amazon Web Services, he assists governments in navigating disruptive transformations.
