The Role
As a Club Manager Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for every member and guest. From creating a welcoming first impression to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you’ll help maintain the professional standards, energy, and spirit that set our club apart.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Assist players with bookings, equipment needs, and enquiries
• Foster an inclusive and engaging atmosphere for players of all skill levels

Club Operations

• Manage court bookings and daily schedules
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of the club facilities
• Oversee court activity, coordinate player flow, and resolve issues promptly

Events & Activations

• Assist in the setup and delivery of tournaments, corporate bookings, and social events
• Provide support to coaches and the club manager in daily operations
• Contribute energy and ideas to enhance member engagement and event success

Retail & Hospitality

• Assist customers with equipment and apparel selections in the pro shop
• Manage stock levels and ensure merchandise displays are well-presented
• Provide a high standard of service across retail and hospitality touchpoints

We’re seeking a proactive, reliable team member who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates professionalism under pressure. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• A genuine passion for sport (knowledge of padel is an advantage)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required
