OHA Auckland event

In attendance were Peter Best (OH ’65) and Dr Gregory Chawynski (OH ’92).  Greg who is the Haileybury OHA representative in New Zealand presented Peter with a Haileybury tie to mark the inaugural occasion. The evening provided an opportunity to exchange fond school boy memories of staff and students as well as stories of both men’s personal and professional journey in New Zealand.  As background, Peter was instrumental in referring Greg’s partner, Toni from South Africa, to her current role as a business development manager for a well-established and reputable property management and body corporate company in Auckland.  A great example of networking!  Both Peter and Greg will be meeting again next year at the same time and hope that attendance numbers will grow over time.
