Congratulations to the Class of 2022

The OHA congratulates the Class of 2022 on their record-breaking VCE results! Haileybury students have produced the best VCE results in the 30-year history of the VCE. A total of 7 students achieved the highest possible ATAR of 99.95 placing them in the top 0.05% of students in Australia. Congratulations to Yan He Chen, Abigail Gardiner, Chloe Lay, Jiaqi Lu, Michael Sun, Kerry Zhu, Kim Zhu. This is an incredible achievement given that only a little over 30 students will be awarded an ATAR of 99.95 out of the 50,000 VCE students who sat the VCE in 2022.

A remarkable 60% of Haileybury students achieved an ATAR of 90 or above placing them in the top 10% in Australia. This is well up on the previous Haileybury record of 55%. Haileybury is an open-entry school and the achievement of 97% of all students in the top 40% in Australia is an excellent reflection of our commitment to every student.
