Where are they now: Charlotte Comitalo (OH 2023)
After taking a gap year to reset and recharge, HRS graduate Charlotte Comitalo (OH 2023) is ready for a fresh start and new opportunities. She is currently undertaking a challenging double degree in Law (Honours) and Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) at Monash University.

Why this path we posed? “Because I’ve always wanted to challenge myself – and these fields are not only intellectually demanding but also deeply relevant to the world we live in. Law and PPE give me the tools to think critically, advocate effectively, and hopefully, create real change.”

Living in Melbourne has been a huge shift, but Charlotte is settling in well – thanks in part to the amazing community at Mannix College and the life experience she gained during her gap year.

As for the future, Charlotte hopes to travel, broaden her perspective, and eventually work as a lawyer focused on making a positive impact – whatever that might look like!

Charlotte would like to give a massive shout-out to all her teachers, especially those in senior school, who are always so supportive. The laughs and chats with friends in the common room were also a big part of what made Charlotte’s experience at HRS so memorable.
