Congratulations Lincoln Hilton (OH 2010)

Huge congratulations to Lincoln Hilton (OH 2010), winner of the Gordon Duncan Memorial Piping Competition, part of the Piping Live! Festival broadcast from Scotland.

Lincoln was one of four revered international pipers invited to participate in a pre-recorded performance, alongside pipers from Ireland, Brittany and Scotland. Lincoln won two of the three categories which were judged by a secret panel of international judges and watched by a large global audience online.

The Gordon Duncan Memorial Trust was founded in 2006 after losing one of piping’s outstanding talents and has donated over £100,000 to various causes in piping.
