Where are they Now – Andrew Blyth (OH ’90)

Andrew Blyth (OH ’90) gained a Masters of Psychology at Monash University and subsequently worked as a Psychologist within pain management and trauma settings. Progressing to more senior roles, he was fortunate to have the opportunity to run a national occupational rehabilitation business before moving into hospital management.

Since 2014, Andrew has been the CEO of South Eastern Private Hospital, growing it from a 97 bed hospital to 192 beds with services covering general medical, medical-oncology, rehabilitation and mental health. An initiative that South Eastern Private is wanting to roll-out this year is to support mental health initiatives in our community and sponsoring ‘buddy benches’ in primary schools.

In addition to managing South Eastern Private, the last 18 months has provided Andrew an opportunity to become the Executive General Manager (Victoria) for the Health Care hospital group.

Thanks for Staying Connected Andrew!
